Meditating with crystals can enhance your meditation practice by helping you focus, balance your energy, and connect with your intentions. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to meditate with crystals.
1. Choose the Right Crystal
Select a crystal that aligns with your intention for the meditation. For example:
Amethyst: For calming the mind.
Rose Quartz: For self-love and emotional healing.
Clear Quartz: For clarity and amplification of intentions.
Lapis Lazuli: For enhancing intuition.
2. Cleanse Your Crystal
Before using your crystal, cleanse it to remove any negative energy it may have absorbed. (We have another post about the different ways to cleanse your crystal)
3. Find a Quiet Space
Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You can create a peaceful environment with soft lighting, candles, or calming music if you prefer.
4. Set Your Intention
Hold your crystal in your hands and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Set a clear intention for your meditation. For example, if you’re using Rose Quartz, your intention might be to cultivate self-love or heal emotional wounds.
5. Get Comfortable
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. You can sit cross-legged on the floor, on a chair with your feet flat on the ground, or lie down on your back. Ensure your spine is straight to allow for easy energy flow.
6. Hold or Place the Crystal

7. Focus on Your Breath
